Type: Single Point & Cross Sectional
Operation:
Technique 1 - Point Sampling Insert the sampler.
Press the push button to take sample.
Remove the sampler.
Technique 2 - Cross Sectional
Press the Push Button and then slowly insert the sampler into the product.
As the sampler is pushed in a cross sectional sample is taken. Release
the push button at the required depth to stop any more liquid from entering the sampler. Remove the sampler.
NOTE: To take a large sample the sampler needs to be inserted
deep into the product.

PTFE/ MFA- a semi-crystalline fully-fluorinated melt processable fluoropolymer which offers the highest temperature rating, and broadest chemical resistance of all melt processable fluoropolymers. It is an ideal choice for extreme thermal and chemical environments.
PTFE/FEP- TetraFluorEthylene-Perfluorpropylene is a relatively soft thermoplastic with lower tensile strength, wear resistance, and creep resistance than many other engineering plastics. However, it is chemically inert and has a low dielectric constant over a wide frequency range. FEP possesses a very high degree of stress crack resistance, a low coefficient of friction, exceptional dielectric properties, heat resistance, retention of properties after service at 400°F (204°C) with useful properties at -454°F (-270°C), and meets FDA 21CFR.177.1550.
STAINLESS STEEL 316- Grade 316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing grade, second in importance to 304 amongst the austenitic stainless steels. The molybdenum gives 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than Grade 304, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.
POLYPROPYLENE- is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging and labeling, textiles (e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, and polymer banknotes. It is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids.
